LW Stores, Inc. was a retailer which liquidated consumer merchandise through 94 outlets across Canada and three in the United States.
It also provided store-closure sales management and solved asset recovery problems in a professional manner for the financial services industry, insurance companies, manufacturers, and other organizations.
The chain operated stores in the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
Most U.S. stores were opened in locations which had been sold to bankrupt retailers, most notably Ernst Home Centers.
The final American store, located in Spokane, Washington was closed in April 2010 after having been in business for fifteen years.
