Lamont is a town in Lafayette County, Wisconsin, United States.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 19.9 square miles (51.6 km2), all of it recorded as land.
Two-thirds of the town drains west to Otter Creek, a tributary of the Pecatonica River, just outside the western town border, and the other third drains east toward the East Branch of the Pecatonica.
There were 102 housing units at an average density of 5.1 per square mile (2.0/km2).
12.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
