Larsen Bay (Alutiiq: Uyaqsaq)[4] is a city in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, United States.

Larsen Bay first appeared on the 1940 U.S. Census as an unincorporated village.

The racial makeup of the city was 20.87% White, 78.26% Native American, and 0.87% from two or more races.

27.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 27.3% of families and 20.5% of the population living below the poverty line, including 22.6% of under eighteen and 33.3% of those over 64.
