Lasiopetalum quinquenervium is a species of flowering plant in the family Malvaceae and is endemic to the south of Western Australia.
Lasiopetalum quinquenervium is an erect, spreading shrub that typically grows to a height of 0.25–1 m (1–3 ft), its stems and leaves covered with star-shaped hairs.
The sepals are pink or white, 6.0–7.5 mm (0.24–0.30 in) long, fused for half their length, and there are no petals.
[2][3] Lasiopetalum quinquenervium was first formally described in 1852 by Nikolai Turczaninow in Bulletin de la Société Impériale des Naturalistes de Moscou from specimens collected by James Drummond.
[2] Lasiopetalum quinquenervium is listed as "not threatened" by the Western Australian Government Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
