Lea Helena Hakala (born 15 March 1960)[1] is a Finnish basketball coach and former player.
[1] Hakala is a member of the Women's Committee of the International Basketball Federation FIBA and the Finnish Top Sports Development Group.
[4][5] Hakala's mother Eila Koiso-Kanttila also played basketball and was part of the 1952 Finnish team.
[7] She was invited to the FIBA Europe Legends match played at the 2015 Women's European Championships.
[8] In January 2019, Hakala was named the second person with a basketball background in history inducted to the Finnish Sports Hall of Fame.
