It flows through a number of lakes on the border of the Warmian-Masurian and Podlaskie Voivodeships.

It flows out of Rajgrodzkie at Rajgród, and continues under the name Jegrznia.

It passes through the lake Dręstwo and flows into the Biebrza near Goniądz.
