Leo Riggs

Rex Leo Riggs (September 11, 1923 – June 14, 1995) was an American football player.

He played college football at USC and was the seventh player selected in the 1946 NFL draft.

[2][5] After the 1942 season, USC coach Jeff Cravath rated Riggs as "the best frosh prospect he had ever seen, bar none.

[1] He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round (seventh overall pick) of the 1946 NFL draft.

[2] Riggs worked for 15 years as a customer service representative for Mauer and Elliott.
