Lepidagathis alopecuroidea, synonym Teliostachya alopecuroidea,[1] the pata de gallina,[2] is a plant with a wide distribution in the Americas (from southern Mexico to northern Paraguay) and Africa (from west tropical Africa to east Tanzania and Angola).
