Leptobrachium masatakasatoi

Leptobrachium masatakasatoi is a species of frog in the family Megophryidae.

[2] The specific name masatakasatoi honors professor Masataka Sato, Japanese entomologist who collected the holotype.

[1] The dorsum is light brown or brown-reddish and has irregularly black spots; some individuals also have distinct dark spots on medial side of the upper eyelid.

The flanks are light brown and re reticulated with large black spots.

[3] Leptobrachium masatakasatoi is known from an altitude of 1,750 m (5,740 ft) above sea level in Laos (no habitat data available),[1] and from along small streams and on forest paths in evergreen forest at elevations between 1,000 and 1,670 m (3,280 and 5,480 ft).
