Limbe is a neighborhood located in the city of Blantyre, in Malawi.

Limbe is 11 kilometres (7 miles) east of center of Blantyre and was founded in 1909.

[1] The first branch of the Commercial Bank of Malawi was opened in Limbe on 11 April 1970.

Limbe is known for Indian (East Asian) traders but there has also been an influx of Chinese owned businesses growing in the area.

[5] Limbe is also the headquarter of Hockey Association of Malawi (HAM).
