Linda Whetstone

Her father was Antony Fisher, founder of the Institute of Economic Affairs.

Linda Whetstone was a respected member of the Libertarian community, and following her death, several organizations dedicated projects to honor her legacy.

[3] With Nouh El Harmouzi she co-edited the book "Islamic Foundations of a Free Society", which was published in Dari, Indonesian, Arabic, French and Persian.

She also produced a CD containing works by libertarian thinkers, over 150,000 copies of which were distributed in more than 60 countries.

Linda Whetstone died suddenly whilst attending a Liberty Forum in Miami, Florida, on 15 December 2021, at the age of 79.
