On 19 March 2024, 14 people were killed and 37 injured in a bus accident in Linfen, Shanxi, Northern China.

The accident occurred a week after an accident in Tianjin, where one person was killed and 37 were injured when a coach bus rear-ended a roadside stopped local bus, with both vehicles going up in flames.

[1] The accident took place during the afternoon of 19 March in Linfen, Shanxi, Northern China with a bus carrying 51 passengers.

The vehicle crashed into a tunnel wall along the Hohhot–Beihai Expressway.

Due to the accident, many people were trapped inside the bus.
