Lipovec is a municipality and village in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

Lipovec lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Blansko, 26 km (16 mi) north-east of Brno, and 189 km (117 mi) south-east of Prague.
