Any wrestler pictured below signifies that they currently hold a championship in DDT Pro-Wrestling.

This list also acknowledges which stable (referred to by DDT as "units") a wrestler is a part of – this is listed as it is considered by DDT to be a vital part of their product.

As of November 1, 2024[update], there are six central units in DDT:[2]
