Priatek Plaza, built in 1990, held the record for the tallest building in the city for 29 years, before being surpassed by One St. Petersburg.

Signature Place, currently the fourth tallest building on the city at 116 metres (381 ft), has been credited for being a major transition in St. Petersburg modern architecture and surviving the 2008 housing market crash.
