Lithobius (Monotarsobius) meifengensis, is a species of centipede of the family Lithobiidae.

It was described from high altitude forest in central Taiwan.

Cephalic plate smooth and convex.

Tömösváry's organ comparatively small and nearly rounded.

Sternites trapeziform and narrower posteriorly.
