Living Word Reformed Episcopal Church

[3] As the Comox Valley grew, new Presbyterian churches were established out of St. Andrew's.

[5] In 2002, the congregation was received into the Reformed Episcopal Church's Diocese of Western Canada and Alaska and the Rev.

[6] Designed in a vernacular style, the church building is a simple, one-and-a-half-storey rectangular structure with a gabled roof.

It remains situated on its original site surrounded by a grove of mature Garry oaks and a historic cemetery.

[1] The exterior is sided with shiplap and the roof is made of hand-split cedar shingles.
