Louis Boisgibault

Louis Boisgibault is a French academic director, professor, researcher[1] and author[2] known for his publications on energy transition in the EMEA Region.

He received an MBA from HEC Paris in 1990[9] with an exchange program at the Wharton School.

In 2006, he co-founded and led VALMERE,[17][18] a consulting firm specialized in energy transition.

After several part-time positions as Senior Lecturer and contractual Professor,[19] he was appointed in March 2022 as Director of Development and Cooperations[20] and full-time faculty member[21] at North American Private University[22] in Sfax, Tunisia, where he was confronted to illegal migration.

[24] In November 2024, he was elected to the Steering Council of the International Business College - Mitrovica (IBC-M) for 5 years (2024 - 2029)[25][26], in Northern Kosovo, in addition to his role in Minister's Cabinet.
