Lugcentrokuz

[2] Lugcentrokuz is one of the various companies founded from the existing steam locomotive factory in Luhansk that was built by the German entrepreneur Gustav Hartmann [de].

The majority of Lugcentrokuz's exports went to Eastern Germany, Hungary, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Syria, India, Iran, Mongolia, North Korea and Cuba.

In 2013 the company exported to the following countries:[5] Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Zambia, India, Indonesia, Spain, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, Germany, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Finland, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

[2] In July 2019 CEO Alexander Miroshnikov claimed that 88% of its products were sold to Russia and the remaining 12% to Germany, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Slovakia.

[6] Miroshnikov also stated that the company had "completely reoriented exports to Russia and the EU since 2014, so it will not return to the Ukrainian market, even if Kyiv lifts the economic blockade of Donbass.
