Lugoff (/ˈljuːɡɒf/ LEW-gof) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Kershaw County, South Carolina, United States.
It is part of the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The Count was a Russian engineer who worked on construction of the Seaboard Air Line Railway in 1899.
[7] As of the 2020 United States census, there were 9,990 people, 3,217 households, and 2,295 families residing in the CDP.
22.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.9% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
