Luther Boyd Eubanks

Born in Caprock, New Mexico, Eubanks received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1940 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1942.

He was a technician in the United States Army during World War II, from 1942 to 1945.

He was a Judge of the District Court of Oklahoma in Lawton from 1956 to 1965.

[1] Eubanks was nominated by President Lyndon B. Johnson on July 19, 1965, to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, to a new seat authorized by 71 Stat.

His service terminated on August 31, 1987, due to his retirement.
