The ContactPortal acts as a virtual operator 24 hours a day, using speech recognition technology to answer, transfer and make telephone calls.

[4] Galliford Try were appointed the preferred supply chain partner for the £150 million redevelopment of Luton hospital including a new £80m ‘hot block’ unit for critical care and surgery in October 2015.

[5] The trust was one of the biggest beneficiaries of Boris Johnson's announcement of capital funding for the NHS in August 2019, with an allocation of £99.5 million for a new intensive care, a delivery suite and operating theatres.
