She spent her early years teaching Music, German and English as a Foreign Language.
She produced and presented educational and discussion programmes on national and private television and radio stations.
Dr Lynn was responsible for the Malta Central Authority on Civil Aspects of Child Abduction cases and International Maintenance Obligations, Cross-border litigation on Access and Custody Rights, served as Head of Legal & Licensing Office at the Social Care Standards Authority and Scholarship Manager of the Malta Arts and Sports Scholarships within the Directorate for Lifelong Learning, Ministry for Education & Employment.
