M-Brain’s services are based on a combination of proprietary technology and human intelligence, providing market and competitor monitoring, market analysis, research & advisory services as well as technology and software solutions to support decision-making and strategic planning.
[4] M-Brain secured its first outside investor in 2006, when the state-owned venture capital investment firm Veraventure Oy acquired a minority interest in the company.

2022: On June 17, 2022 Leading Nordic software growth investor, Monterro, acquired a majority stake of M-Brain.
