The new building, developed on a site measuring 86.06 acres (34.83 ha) in North Feldajaya, became fully operational on January 4, 2010.

The building was named of "Kampus Tun Abdul Razak" on July 7, "Hari Peneroka Kebangsaan" 2010.

MJSC FELDA has appeared in the Malay drama Aku Mahu Terbang, in a scene showing that the main character stays at Aspura Block.
