Thelecythara dominguezi J. Gibson-Smith & W. Gibson-Smith, 1983 Maesiella dominguezi is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Pseudomelatomidae, the turrids and allies.

[1] The generic name Maesiella is named in honor of the American malacologist Virginia Orr Maes.

[2] The length of the shell varies between 7 mm and 9.5 mm.

This marine species occurs off Isla La Orchila, Venezuela and Aruba.
