Maja Scarlett Wallstein (born 18 March 1986) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has been serving as a member of the Bundestag since 2021.

Wallstein was born 1986 in the East German city of Cottbus and studied Polonistics at the University of Potsdam[1] and the Jagiellonian University.

[3] Wallstein became a member of the Bundestag in the 2021 elections, representing the Cottbus – Spree-Neiße district.

[3] In parliament, she has since been serving on the Committee on Education, Research and Technology Assessment.
