Malwan (also spelled Malvan) is a small Indus Valley Civilisation site, located at Surat District, Gujarat, India.
[1] This site is, sometimes, considered as one of the southernmost limits of Indus Valley Civilisation,[2] the other one being Daimabad which is located further south.
However, by that time, the site was damaged and major portion of the ancient habitation was already lost.
[1] Number of copper and bronze objects and important findings being a bangle and small rod.
Animal findings include sheep, goat, cattle, dog, horse, hog, pig, barasinga and fish.
