Manthrakodi is a 1972 Indian Malayalam film, directed by M. Krishnan Nair and produced by R. M. Veerappan.

The film stars Prem Nazir, Vijayasree, Kaviyoor Ponnamma and Adoor Bhasi in the lead roles.
