Maple Creek is a town in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, United States.

The unincorporated community of Sugar Bush is located in the town.

As of the census[2] of 2020, there were 591 people, 249 housing units, and 182 total households residing in the town.

According to the 2000 Census, there were 182 households, out of which 38.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.2% were married couples living together, 7.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.7% were non-families.

13.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
