Maršová-Rašov (Hungarian: Marsófalva) is a village and municipality in Bytča District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1400.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 310 metres and covers an area of 9.611 km2 (4 sq mi).
