Marcus Aurelius Hitchcock[1] (born 1963)[2] is a retired United States Navy rear admiral who last served as the director for strategy, plans, and policy of the United States Space Command.
[3][4] Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Hitchcock graduated from Brighton High School in 1981.
[7] From June 2019 to August 2020, he served as the director of plans and policy of the newly established United States Space Command.
[8][9] Hitchcock married Terri Lynn Westfall on May 19, 1990 in Oak Harbor, Washington.
