Maria Samson

Maria Samson (born February 2, 1983) is a Canadian rugby union player.

Samson represented Canada at the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup.

[4] In 2015, she was honoured as one of Avenue Magazine's Top 40 Under 40 for her work in sport advocacy and community leadership.

Samson attended McGill University, where she attained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mining with a Minor in management.

[6] Samson also has her Masters of Business Administration from Queen's University, funded through the Canadian Olympic Committee via a Game Plan Scholarship.
