Marion Greenstone (1925 – November 21, 2005) was an American artist who lived and worked in Canada for several years.
[1][2] She was born Marion Isaacson in New York City and received a BA from Brooklyn College and a MA from Columbia University.
That same year, Greenstone exhibited at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, where she was awarded the Jessie Dow Prize.
Greenstone moved back to New York City in 1961 but continued to exhibit work in Toronto.
[2][3] Greenstone began painting as an abstract expressionist but later became part of the Pop art movement.
