Marshfield Township, Lincoln County, Minnesota

The township's name is an amalgamation of Charles Marsh and Ira Field, two early settlers.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 231 people, 83 households, and 63 families residing in the township.

There were 90 housing units at an average density of 2.6 per square mile (1.0/km2).

21.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 12.5% of families and 10.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 10.9% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.
