Matyelok Gibbs

From 1973 to 1977, she was artistic director for London's Unicorn Theatre.

[1] Gibbs was involved with the Unicorn Theatre from the 1950s, and became artistic director in 1973.

[2] She was a character actor, and appeared in the West End in a play by Alan Ayckbourn, Ten Times Table, in 1978.

[2] In 1961, Gibbs began living with the actor Ursula Jones in Notting Hill.

Gibbs and Jones were known by their friends as "Puck and Ursie".
