May (Kazakh: Май ауданы, Mai audany) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan.

The administrative center of the district is the selo of Koktobe.

The Irtysh River flows in the northern limit and Alkamergen, Karasor and Zhamantuz are the largest lakes.
