Waterloo is a town in Grant County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
The unincorporated communities of Burton and McCartney are located in the town.
At the 2000 census there were 557 people, 210 households, and 165 families living in the town.
There were 234 housing units at an average density of 6.1 per square mile (2.4/km2).
