[5] Siddique joined the 9th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service administration cadre in 1991.

[2] In 2015, Siddique was the personal officer to the Secretary of the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges.

[6] He was part of the inauguration run of the Dhaka to Agartala bus service.

[9] After his appointment, Siddique paid tribute to the founder of Bangladesh, President Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum.

[9] Siddique led a team of the Ministry of Education in September 2022 to visit various universities in the Netherlands.
