Medekšiai (formerly Russian: Медекши, Polish: Medeksze)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania.

[2] It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Kėdainiai, by the Šerkšnys river, alongside the Jonava-Šeduva (KK144) road.

A phosphogypsum waste dump of "Lifosa" fertilizer factory is located next to Medekšiai.

Činkiai village and Slabadėlė folwark belonged to the Medekšiai Manor.

[1] During the Soviet era, Medekšiai was a subsidiary settlement of the "Spike" kolkhoz.
