Pabarupys (formerly Russian: Подборупе, Polish: Podborupie)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania.

The Barupė Hydrographical Sanctuary is located nearby.

In the beginning of the 20th century Pabarupys was an estate.
