Pėdžiai (formerly Russian: Пядзи, Polish: Piadzie)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania.
[2] It is located 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) from Nociūnai, by the Barupė river, between the roads "Jonava-Šeduva" (KK144) and A8.
Pėdžiai (as Pedins) has been mentioned the first time by Hermann von Wartberge in 1372, when the village was raided by the Teutonic Order.
[3] In the beginning of the 20th century Pedžiai was an okolica (a property of the Noreikiai, Abakevičiai, Paulavičiai, Rimavičiai, Jurevičiai families).
