Mefonna is a glacier in Sørkapp Land at Spitsbergen, Svalbard.
The glacier drains both northwards and southwards.
In the northern direction, Samarinbreen debouches into Samarinvågen.
To the south, Olsokbreen debouches into Stormbukta.
