Meganaclia sippia is a moth of the family Erebidae.

It is found in Cameroon, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Uganda.
