Meganola varia

Meganola varia is a species of moth in the family Nolidae and superfamily Noctuoidea.

[1][2][3] The species was first described by William Barnes and Arthur Ward Lindsey in 1921.

[4] It is found naturally in North America,[2] where it has been recorded throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and western Texas.

[4] Adults typically have dark gray or brownish gray coloration with a white speckling (irroration) that occurs as a result of the white tips on some its scales.
