Meghli, moghli, meghleh, (Arabic: مغلي), or karawiyah, is a Levantine dessert based on a floured rice pudding and spiced with anise, caraway, and cinnamon.
The dish is often garnished with dried coconut flakes and various nuts including almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, and pistachios.
