An anime adaptation by Encourage Films, Merc Storia: Mukiryoku no Shōnen to Bin no Naka no Shōjo (メルクストーリア-無気力少年と瓶の中の少女-, Merc Storia: The Apathetic Boy and the Girl in a Bottle) aired from October 11 to December 27, 2018.

After Yuu, a healer who can heal the hearts of monsters, receives a bottle from his father as a gift, he meets Merc and embarks on a journey with her across the land to uncover her past and memories.
