Michael George Moye (born August 11, 1954) is an American photographer and a former television writer and producer.
His best-known work is likely the 1987 series Married... with Children, created with Ron Leavitt for the then-fledgling Fox network.
[4][5] They created the couple Al-Peggy by imagining a fictional union between Roseanne Barr and Sam Kinison.
[6] Moye was a producer and a writer on the show for most of its run, and had a hand in writing a series-leading 25 episodes[7] as well as having a few cameo appearances on screen.
He also owned a house in Encino that he sold for $1.65 million in 2017, and bought a 2000-square-feet residence on sugar sand beaches in North Carolina in 2006.
