Mifflin, Wisconsin

Mifflin is a town in Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States.

[3] On April 14, 2010, a fireball from outer space streaked across several Midwestern states and landed outside of Mifflin.

[4] The meteorite has been studied and classified as a L5 chondrite by scientists at the University of Wisconsin.

[5] According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 50.7 square miles (131.3 km2), all of it land.

The racial makeup of the town was 99.51% White, 0.16% African American, and 0.32% from two or more races.
