Minervarya chiangmaiensis, commonly known as the Chiang Mai rain-pool frog, is a species of frog in the family Dicroglossidae.

The holotype specimen was collected in Ban Monjong, Omkoi District, southern Chiang Mai Province, northern Thailand.
